Social pedagogical horse activities
The activity is based on the interaction between horse and human and takes place in the peace of nature, on the horse's terms.
The goal is to support the client's well-being, emotional skills, social growth and everyday structure.

Experiences & Tours
Mahlakaarto's cross-country lessons are not just riding lessons. They are moments in the middle of nature, a break from everyday life and a chance to experience the movement of a horse at your own pace.
We offer various experience packages, from short trials to longer hikes and atmospheric sleigh rides. All trips are carried out according to the participants' skill level. We can walk calmly, sensing the scenery, or move faster, utilizing all gaits.
Private Lessons & Ground handling
Private lessons
In private lessons, you will receive completely personal guidance according to your own goals – whether you are a beginner or a more experienced rider. The calm and encouraging atmosphere supports learning and gives you the space to develop at your own pace.
Ground handling
In ground handling, you will learn to understand horse behavior and develop cooperation with the horse safely from the ground. The exercises strengthen confidence, interaction and horse handling skills – suitable for both beginners and more experienced horse enthusiasts.
Pony Club & Children's Activities
Pony club and children's activities offer children a fun and safe way to get to know horses and riding. The activities combine learning, exercise and experiences - each child can progress at their own pace in a supportive environment. In addition to riding lessons, children learn horse care, stable behavior and teamwork skills.
Things to note at the stable:
Helmets are available at the stable, but we recommend bringing your own safety vest.
Please dress according to the weather; suitable shoes with heels and non-slip trousers for riding.
The stable is the home of horses - please behave calmly and respect others.
You are not allowed to enter the stable without a separate agreement.
Cancellations:
Booked services must be cancelled at least 2 days before the reserved time. Late or non-cancelled reservations will be charged the full price of the service.
Lessons can be paid by invoice, Mobilepay, sports vouchers (Edenred, Epassi, Smartum), and cash. Unfortunately, there is no card payment.
The company has valid liability insurance for all horse activities. However, we recommend that every rider insure themselves or their children with personal leisure or accident insurance in addition to themselves!
